2006年山东大学机械设计专业博士毕业，而后在中国特种设备检测研究院一直从事全国游乐设施的检验、科研、法规标准制修订等工作。 Zhang Yong, senior engineer, obtained his Ph. D. degree in mechanical design from Shandong University, and has being worked in China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute(CSEI) since 2006. Since then, he has devoted in amusement rides inspection, scientific research, revision of the standards and so on. 对国内外数百台大型游乐设施进行过设计文件鉴定、型式试验、验收检验和定期检验，积累了丰富的实践经验。 He has accumulated abundant practice experience via testing activities on hundreds of large amusement rides, including design review, type test, site test and periodical inspection. 作为主要起草人参与了GB8408-2018《大型游乐设施安全规范》、 GB/T 34272-2017《小型游乐设施安全规范》、GB∕T 31257-2014《蹦极通用技术条件》以及GB/T 34371-2017《游乐设施风险评价 总则》的制修订工作。 Furthermore, he is one of the principal framers of GB8408-2018 "Large-scale amusement device safety code", GB/T 34272-2017 "Safety requirements of small amusement device", GB/T 31257-2014 "Specification of bungy" and GB/T 34371-2017 "Risk assessment for amusement ride-General principles".
