Joseph Hernandez is an emerging leader in the non-profit sector managing the Guest Services team at the Adler Planetarium. He serves as a Membership Co-Chair of the Field Museum's Associate Board responsible for the recruitment of young professionals to the museum's base donorship. He is also an Executive Board Member of the Harold Colbert Jones Memorial Center, a youth-based community center, ensuring financial health through fundraising, grants, and a capital campaign. Joseph has dedicated his entire career to guest services working and training for international hospitality brands and startups. Having served millions of guests since 2008 Joseph has developed a keen understanding of going above & beyond their expectations. This decade of experience drives his customer service philosophy of "empowered staff, empowered guests" promoting a unified team culture and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Joseph studied political science at Brigham Young University and business management at Western Governors University.
