Darrin has been in IT since 2002 as VP, Director and Manager of IT with companies as: Applebee’s, E-Brands, Sonny’s BBQ, Ruth Chris, Tijuana Flats, Firebird Restaurants and MOOYAHs. Darrin started out in the food and beverage industry as a bartender for Chili’s and a server at On The Boarder. Today Darrin is the Sales Engineer Manager of a sales team for ParTech hospitality systems based in Dallas, Texas. PAR’s Hospitality segment has been a leading provider of restaurant and retail technology for more than 30 years. PAR offers technology solutions for the full spectrum of restaurant operations, from large chain and independent table service restaurants to international quick service chains. Products from PAR also can be found in retailers, cinemas, cruise lines, stadiums and food service companies.
