As Senior Director of Design & Development, Todd works with a team of in-house designers, architects and project managers to ensure global delivery of Ripley’s Entertainment projects. These include new construction, renovations of the world-famous Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditoriums, Guinness World Record Adventure attractions, Ripley’s Aquariums and many others. Prior to joining Ripley’s Entertainment in April 2019, Todd held the post of Executive Producer/General Manager for design and production firm, The Producers Group. Todd was charged with opening and leading the Orlando office as well as spearheading key projects. From 2004 - 2017, Todd was Executive Director of Operations and Entertainment at Ocean Park Hong Kong. In this role, he led day to day operations of the park as well as acted as Executive Producer overseeing and developing all entertainment products, including the park’s iconic Halloween Bash event. He's proud to have contributed significantly to Ocean Park’s US$750 million Master Redevelopment Plan, resulting in transformational growth and a rise in attendance from 3.8m to over 7.7m guests in less than 10 years. With 30+ years in the theme park industry, Todd has a wide range of international and cross-cultural experience, starting his career as a performer at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Following these early chapters, he worked on live show productions with major industry firms, such as The Totally Fun Company, Soundelux Showorks and Utopia Entertainment at several international parks, including Six Flags Theme Parks, Walibi Parks, Mirabilandia and Warner Brothers Movie World. Todd is an active member of IAAPA and is a Certified Attractions Executive (ICAE). He currently serves on IAAPA’s Global Facility Operations Committee. Previously he served on the IAAPA’s Asia Pacific Advisory Education Committee, Global Education Committee and chaired the Global Entertainment Committee.
