Stevan P. Layne, CPP, CIPM, CIPI is a former provost marshal, police chief, public safety director and institutional security director. He is the Founding Director of the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection (IFCPP) and responsible for development, presentation, and upgrading of their seminars, workshops, educational programs and certification programs. He has provided protection advice for over 500 public institutions, cultural properties, national and state parks, and attractions. He has served as a special instructor for the Colorado Crime Prevention Association, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), and Colorado Community College. He a graduate of Missouri Military Academy, Infantry Officer's Candidate School (OCS), Military Police Career Officers Course, and The FBI's Police Management program.
