Janice Jokkel has a diverse background in sales, management and business ownership. She became an entrepreneur in 2006 when she developed and launched Romp n Stomp - Mobile Events Services and then in 2008 expanded and opened Children’s Activity Center specializing in full service birthday parties, camps, and special events. Today she is bi-vocational and holds a Senior Level Training position with TrainerTainment LLC where her passion lies with mentoring and coaching other business owners and their employees. Most importantly, assisting with building sales departments that will increase the overall business in birthdays and groups. Additionally, she assists hiring for clients using practices to avoid the unpleasant issue of on boarding the wrong employees. Blending her professional backgrounds allows her to look at many scenarios with a keen eye and providing proven results. Janice lives in Medina, Ohio with her husband Ed and children Matthew and Sarah. She is involved in Leadership Medina County and a IAAPA HR Committee Member since 2017
