Sabra Reyes is the Director of Human Resources for the Santa Cruz Seaside Company, one of the largest private employers in Santa Cruz County in Northern California. Sabra is responsible for oversight and directing all areas of Human Resources including Employment, Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Work & Travel Program and Employee Relations for more than 1,700 seasonal and 300 full-time year-round employees. The family-operated Santa Cruz Seaside Company includes the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Boardwalk’s Cocoanut Grove, Boardwalk Bowl, Sea & Sand Inn and Carousel Beach Inn. Sabra Reyes was previously HR Director for New Leaf Community Markets and New Seasons Market for the California region, and Human Resources Manager for SunOpta Global Organic Ingredients.
