Tim is a seasoned franchise and restaurant executive who brings Rebounderz 30+ years’ experience with 120+ brands and 8,500+ locations. From decades of senior leadership, and great mentors, Tim has worked and advised for great brands such as: Applebee’s, Sonny’s, Jimmy Johns, Denny’s, El Pollo Loco, Hardee’s, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze and Walt Disney World. Murphy understands the intricacies involved in successfully growing a large franchise company through strategic leadership, development and focused growth. Tim is dedicated to strategically increasing profits, cutting costs, and creating strategic joint venture opportunities. Tim advises best practices to CEOs, c-level executives, founders & entrepreneurs through advisory services and speaker opportunities from being CEO, President, COO, CFO & Advisor with entertainment, restaurants, hospitality, food & beverage, and retail service brands for public, private, startup & private equity firms. Tim is also a CEO executive speaker, best-selling author, has a MBA in Finance, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. Over a decade ago, Tim set out on an “eat less, move more” journey losing 50 pounds by eating well and running 19 marathons.
