Lisa Schmucki is the founder/CEO of edWeb.net, an award-winning professional learning network that serves a global community of 1 million educators. edWeb helps educators share their best ideas and practices to improve teaching and learning, and prepare students to be successful. In 2010, Lisa created a community to support educators who work with students with autism. The community has grown to over 30,000 educators and has hosted over 130 edWebinar programs that have been viewed 300,000 times with 260,000 CE certificates issued by edWeb for professional learning hours. edWeb won the 2022 SIIA CODiE Award for Best Collaboration Solution for Teachers and also Best Professional Learning Solution for Educators. Prior to founding edWeb in 2008, Lisa held senior positions with Time, Macmillan, Peterson's, Films Media Group, MKTG Services, Acxiom, and Achieve3000. She is a graduate of Princeton University and has a Masters from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
