Tonya Forbes is a Kindergarten teacher from Springfield, Missouri. Tonya holds a BS in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, from Evangel University in Springfield, Mo and a Masters in Educational Administration from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. Tonya has been an educator with the Springfield Public School System for 27 years teaching grades Kindergarten – Fourth grade. Tonya serves as a Blended Learning Mentor for Wilder Elementary and is certified in Tech Tools. “I started using technology in my classroom four years ago, it changed my teaching for life! I went from traditional sit in rows teacher to open seating using iPads and Chrome books in my lessons. Yes, even in Kindergarten.”
