Kathy R Haugan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and a Florida DOE certified and Licensed School Psychologist with 30 years of experience. She has served as the Student Services Supervisor, Lead School Psychologist, and Response to Intervention Specialist. Prior to joining the Student Support Services Team in Manatee, she worked in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and South Dakota as a School Psychologist and part-time University Instructor. Ms. Haugan has been involved in district-level leadership activities including implementing a Response to Intervention pilot, supervising school psychologists, social workers and early intervention evaluators, providing staff development and training, and participating on district-level policy teams.
