Karl Leonhardt grew up in Rhode Island where he earned degrees in Natural Resource Science and Plant Science at the University of Rhode Island and a Masters Degree in Science Education at Rhode Island College. He has been teaching science for 17 years and is currently a teacher at Saint Edward's School where he enjoys sharing his passion for nature with his students and finding new ways to integrate technology into the science curriculum.
