Julia Mate is the K-12 Program Planner/District Coordinator of STEM Education in the School District of Palm Beach County and is responsible for the development, delivery, implementation, and monitoring of STEM initiatives, and educational opportunities. She has extensive experience and expertise in the multi-dimensional coordination of education and the workforce. She has a strong background in educational technology and curriculum integration. She holds a Master’s Degree from Georgian Court University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. She has also been an outside consultant for Rutgers University. Julia looks forward to all the opportunities presented by STEM education to prepare students to live and work with the skills necessary for tomorrow’s world.
