Brian is Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Chief Litigation Counsel for RailWorks Corporation. RailWorks' subsidiaries perform construction work in the track and transit industries across the US and Canada. Brian has primary responsibility within the legal department for RailWorks’ form contracts, risk management, and insurance. Brian is actively involved in RailWorks’ contract negotiations across its business units. Brian is also responsible for overseeing all claims, excluding workers' compensation, and litigation for all of RailWorks' subsidiaries. These claims include construction, employment, and personal injury. Brian has primary responsibility for selecting and managing outside counsel and claims consultants. Brian works closely with the project teams to respond to construction disputes early in the project and achieve timely resolution of disputes.
