Christian T. Hartnett is head of GIS and a PM. He has worked on a number of projects throughout the U.S. During his time as SWCA, he has developed an understanding of National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Antiquities Code of Texas, as well as the GIS aspects of individual permits (IP) and nationwide permits (NWP) from the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
