With over 25 years of experience in F&B, arcade, route, and inline store entertainment, Nick began his management career in multi-unit within the food and beverage industry before transitioning to the amusement sector with Namco Cybertainment. After holding various roles in both in-line stores and route operations, he joined Tricorp Amusements during a pivotal period of growth. In 2011, he left his role as Northeast Director of Operations at Tricorp to join Dave & Buster’s, where, as Director of Amusement Strategy, he supported initiatives to drive amusement sales and operational efficiencies across all locations. Originally from Philadelphia, he and his family relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2021. As CEO of Fortyfivegames, he provides design and mentorship opportunities to amusement-related organizations in the U.S. and abroad. In 2023, he joined Pinnacle Entertainment Group as Vice President of Operations and Business Development. Nick completed the Drexel University Corporate Education program, focusing on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Active in the Entertainment industry, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Esports Trade Association and the IAAPA North American M&S Committee. Most importantly, he is a proud father of three daughters, two sons, and two dogs.
