I graduated from one metallugical university, and since have deveted myself to research work on development, production and application of high strength steels. As chief engineer of pipeline steel, I once developed high-strength, high-toughness X80 pipeline steel firstly for the Second West-East pipe, and Nb-bearing high-strength reinforcing bars of HRB400E, HRB500E and HRB600(E) in China. Since 2011, I joined niobium family to promote Nb-bearing high-strength steels, and made big progress in steels used for machinery, pipe, building and metal product.
