Eduardo Panciera is senior expert in Telecommunication Networks and he's worked in the industry for almost 18 years. He is head of network and services architecture department in Telecom Argentina S.A. (former Cablevision S.A.). He graduated as an Electronic Engineer in Buenos Aires University. He did postgrade courses on Telecommunications, Project Management and Management Development Program.
