Jim Kronebusch began his tenure with HBC in January of 2012. Jim found an interest in networking and computer repair while working in Quality Control at Technical Die Casting. In 1999 he changed career paths to work at The Virtual School of Winona as a Network Analyst supporting area schools as well as the Home2School program to help bring computers to the homes of the students. In 2003 The Virtual School of Winona was dissolved and Jim transitioned to working for Cotter Schools as well as Winona Area Catholic schools taking on a larger role of managing their technology. In 2008 an opportunity presented itself to work for Winona Health, a local hospital with facilities in three local communities and approximately 1100 employees as their Network Administrator. In 2011 the Winona Health IT department was taken over by Cerner Health care and with an interest to stay working for a local company he accepted a position at HBC as a Network Analyst. From 2001 to 2011 Jim co-owned 1 Click Solutions, a consulting company for application, server and network administration. By summer of 2012 Jim was promoted to Manager of HBC’s cellular, Air, Wizards and Business Solutions departments. In 2015 he was promoted to CTO. Jim attended Southeast Technical College for an AAS degree in Electronics Engineering and has many certifications such as COMPTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA.
