Ronan McLaughlin is the Technology Solutions Principal for the Cable Customer Unit for Ericsson North America. He has more than 19 years of unique experience in the IP & ICT fields, spanning both fixed and mobile network technologies. McLaughlin has been with Ericsson since 1998 and currently leads a variety of strategic technical initiatives across the company’s Cable & Media Accounts in North America. Prior to this role, McLaughlin has held positions in Commercial Account teams, Systems Integration Services, Product Development Units, Customer Support, IP Network Engineering & Customer Training in Ericsson offices in the United States, Canada, Sweden and Ireland. McLaughlin holds a Batchelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland and has completed leadership programs in University of Texas, Dallas and Tuck Business School, Dartmouth in addition to internal development programs within Ericsson.
