Dr. Artur Ulbrich is Head of „Plant Engineering and Rotating Equipment“ at Uniper Technologies. Focus areas of his department are the provision of various engineering services, including Owner´s Engineering for Gas- and Steam turbines, design and optimization of balance of plant processes, and provision of water treatment solutions. Artur studied mechanical engineering with emphasis on power generation at Aachen University and Michigan State University and did his PhD in the field of nuclear technology safety. For about 10 years he was working at Siemens Power Generation in various roles in the engineering of large steam turbines. He joined E.ON in 2007 as Head of the Plant Design department and became Head of Engineering Projects of Eneva in Brazil in 2011 before returning at the end of 2014 to Uniper Technologies.
