Jenny drives communications for the Transformation Office and leads Internal Communications working closely with our network of communicators throughout ADP. When Jenny joined ADP in 2013, she quickly brought creative talent attraction strategies to employment branding. She has also collaborated with senior leaders to develop and implement a global enterprise internal communications strategy and leader-driven messaging, including the Win as One initiative. Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Phoenix. She is a practitioner of networking with 30,000 first-level LinkedIn connections and over 17,000 followers on Twitter. Jenny has shared insights on social media, marketing, communication and branding at SXSW, LinkedIn Talent Connect and at Facebook's headquarters. Her comments were featured in The Wall Street Journal, the Atlanta Business Chronicle and on NBC.
