Sheilesha is the Director of International Benefits at AECOM, a global provider who designs, builds, finances and operates infrastructure assets in more than 150 countries. She specializes in managing global benefit programs with diverse, global populations at the corporate level including global health and retirement plans, perks, wellness/well-being programs, analytics/reporting and benefits communications. Her experience includes other areas of HR such as diversity and inclusion, HR operations, training and development and shared services. Sheilesha earned her Ph.D in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, focusing on the areas of cultural diversity, inclusion and leadership.
