Megan is an integral member of EARN's leadership team, responsible for the strategy and growth of SaverLife. Since 2016, Megan has overseen key product and growth initiatives to support the organization's national expansion. Under her leadership, EARN has launched the popular Scratch & Save game, developed an income volatility beta product, and scaled its impact through large-scale employer, fintech, and nonprofit partnerships. Prior to EARN, Megan was a business analytics consultant at ZS Associates, working with pharmaceutical clients to develop data-driven sales and marketing solutions. Megan holds a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. She is also active in her local church community.
