Ginna Raahauge is SVP and CTO at Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), a $17B non-profit health system. Raahauge is a business-orientated technology leader with 25 years of technology and business leadership experience across high tech and healthcare industries. She has provided strategic direction to Riverbed Technology, Informatica, and Cisco including their boards of directors, where her work has directly contributed to EPS goals of these companies. As Divisional CIO at Cisco, Raahauge was responsible for the entire technology platform that delivered Cisco's core revenue, driving growth from $36B to $46B. She is also experienced in other COO functions related to M&A, Risk Management, Integrations, Divestitures, Private Equity, and Global Corporate Real Estate. She is a member of Sutter Hill Ventures CIO Advisory Board and Greylock Partners, two highly successful venture capital firms, as well as Technology & Cybersecurity Advisory Board of HealthTrust Purchasing Group, a GPO with $35B in purchasing power. Raahauge is the co-founder of an angel investment firm, specializing in bringing capital to demographics that have historically been ignored. She is an active investor and funded Series A, B, and C rounds for early start inventions. She has also served as a board member for a non-profit whose mission was to ensure the success of the technology and engineering (STEM) workforce of the future. An internationally recognized leader, Raahauge is the recipient of numerous awards for transformational technology initiatives, diversity, and women in technology. She regularly contributes articles to Forbes, WSJ, Computerworld, WIRED, CIO.com, HBR Publications, and other international publications. Raahauge and her husband, Jason, enjoy time on the lake wakeboarding, running and biking. The Raahauges have one son whom they enthusiastically support at swimming competitions as he develops his national ranking.
