Erica Sander serves as Political Action Committee Manager – Public Affairs Specialist for Trinity Industries, Inc., a diversified industrial company that owns complementary, market-leading businesses providing products and services to the energy, transportation, agriculture, chemical, and construction sectors. Trinity has five principal business segments: the Rail Group, the Railcar Leasing and Management Services Group, the Inland Barge Group, the Construction Products Group, and the Energy Equipment Group. Mrs. Sander’s primary role is serving as an integral part of all public affairs, government relations, and external communications efforts for the Company as well as managing all aspects and compliance for the Trinity Industries Employee PAC. She serves as one of the Company’s primary lobbyists on federal and state legislative and regulatory matters that directly impact manufacturing and conducting business throughout the Trinity enterprise. She also handles numerous special projects within Public Affairs and is deeply involved in several trade organizations to promote the rail car manufacturing industry. Mrs. Sander has been a member of the Trinity Public Affairs team for more than 3 years. She has more than 20 years of experience in communications, sales, marketing, management, and customer service. Erica Sander is an active member of Toastmasters International and a new member of League of Railway Women.
