Alan Windhausen graduated from Missouri S&T with a B.S. in Chemistry and minors in Biology and Economics. From there, he moved to Alaska to earn a Masters in Teaching at UAS, working in rural schools while also flying for the Civil Air Patrol, before attending the Master Brewers Program at UC-Davis. Alan has worked in the craft beer industry as a canner at Wynkoop, intern at Hanger 24, lead brewer at Pikes Peak, and is currently the Head Brewer at Holidaily Brewing Company, and a Quality Instructor for the BA.
