Nathaniel grew up where brewing and making things from scratch was second nature. His family brewed beer and wine throughout his childhood in the early eighties. This foundation pushed him to find his passion for creating quality, consistent product along with an outstanding work ethic that would lead him to his current success as a brewery owner. He jokes that his brewing education came from about $3 in late fees at the local library and mounds of trial and error. In 2008 it was time to turn his passion for brewing from a hobby into a business. With several years of planning and continued brewing, Big Choice Brewing opened in 2012. Six years later, with Nathaniel at the helm, Big Choice is maintaining that high quality and consistency for the loyal customers that come to visit them in Brighton, Colorado.
