Steve Lisbony

Steve Lisbony is a graduate of the University of Houston – Clear Lake and Stephen F. Austin State University. He is currently the Director of Child Nutrition for the Little Cypress Mauriceville CISD in Orange, Texas. In his 27 years in the education field, Steve has worked as a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and in his current role as Director. He was named the TASSP Region 5 Assistant Principal of the Year in 2015. As a transformative leader, Steve has worked with campuses to bring them from low performing up to grade level expectations, increasing test scores and reducing discipline on each campus. As a Director, Steve grew the LCM Child Nutrition department beginning with a 30% participation rate and increasing to an 80% participation rate in one year. Steve has been happily married to his wife Amanda for 10 years and they have two children, Hannah and Jude. Steve enjoys traveling and watching his wife and kids compete in Taekwondo.
