Samantha Rice is a pediatric optometrist, professor, and the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the Midwestern University Chicago College of Optometry. She graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in chemistry, and was valedictorian of her graduating class at the Illinois College of Optometry. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry.
