Adria Nassim




Nassim is 31 years old and diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. She lives and works in Bloomington, Ind., as a self-advocate with the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University, and as a columnist for Bloomington’s newspaper, The Herald-Times, where she writes about her experiences with autism and disability. She is a member of the Targeting Autism grant review committee, an initiative of the Illinois State Library to increase library services and supports to patrons on the spectrum.
