Russell Waters




Waters graduated from the Economics Department of the University of Southern California with graduate work at USC in both history and economics emphasizing Russia. Having founded companies dealing with lawyers, legal ethics, and the practice of law, Waters and his Russian partner founded WatersOAG, a law firm assisting foreign and Russian companies working in Russia or the Commonwealth of Independent States. He is a frequent lecturer regarding legal ethics and law practice management. This will be his 12th presentation at Mensa regional and annual gatherings.
