Paul has over 41 years’ experience in the tool and die, rollforming industries as a toolmaker, field service technician, die designer, sales application engineering, product line manager, regional sales manager, director of sales, and currently VP of Business development for Formtek and Principle of the Hill Engr / Formtek facility. Paul started with Hill Engineering in1988 and past speaker / conference chairman for FMA, PMA and SME conferences
