Jan Weustink was born in Germany in 1976 and he gained a total experience of more than 15 years in the power plant business. He finished his education with the German “Dipl.-Ing.” (Diploma Engineer) at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. In 2005 he joined Siemens. Since then Jan Weustink gained fruitful experience as control optimization expert in many different kind of steam power plants all around the world. Creative ideas and unique solutions, from Steam Generators in Refineries over CSP-Power plants to Waste fired and coal power plants resulted in several patent applications of which some are already granted. Since 2013 his main focus is on technical sales support for SPPA P3000 and Power Plant Simulators.
