Xiaoyang has a PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests including smart grid, microgrid, power system analytics. He is currently a research engineer in ENGIE Lab Singapore. One of the major projects he is working on now is Project SPORE under REIDS initiative. He is currently in charge of research and development in the project from ENGIE side.
