Dr. Graham Finlayson is the former Vice President of Engineering for the Vancouver hydroelectric design group of SNC-Lavalin. He has over 40 years’ experience on hydroelectric and dam projects. He has worked in Canada, Africa, Sri Lanka and Britain and has been responsible for projects in North America and south east Asia. He was the Project Manager for Karebbe Dam on the Larona River in Sulawesi.
