HERRY NUGRAHA received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung, Indonesia, in 1993 and 2010, respectively, and the doctor degree from School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung, Indonesia, in 2010. Toulouse, France, in 1980. and informatics. He is currently a Power Generation Senior Engineer with PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), Jakarta, Indonesia. His research interests include maintenance and operation engineering of power plants, economics of electric energy systems, statistics and optimization theory and its applications, and risk analysis.
