Mr. Osty is a seasoned attorney, entrepreneur and executive with expertise in domestic and international legal and business transactions. He is a co-founder of Kles Partners, a Bangkok based company that develops and manages commercial energy efficiency solutions that enhance environmental integrity, improve productivity and create a more sustainable future. He has helped establish and operate several companies throughout his career including YHLX Tech, a China-based hi-tech software sales and service company that provides real-time data and analytics software and service solutions to companies in the power, manufacturing, building management, mining and oil & gas sectors. He also advises North American businesses in the areas of market penetration, intellectual property protection and operations in China. Mr. Osty’s legal background is in commercial and financial transactions having spent over 20 years in the U.S. as a lawyer and advisor to the manufacturing, technology, service and financial industries. Mr. Osty is a graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana and The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois.
