Torsten Walther is Head of Product Lifecycle Management, Siemens AG Power and Gas. He is responsible to improve processes and drive end-to end continouse improvement trough enabling technologies. With a professional background in mechanical engineering, Walther has held a variety of roles within the business excellence organization. Torsten has established a reputation as a champion of PLM processes and solutions, optimizing product data management and global collaboration. In his current role he is also accountable for the definition and implementation of the Digital Twin along the lifecycle.
