Ekmi Gasari Sanjaya studied Geodesy and Geomatics with special expertise in cartography at Institut Teknologi Bandung Indonesia in 2011. One of the achievements in cartography is his writing was elected to be presented at the The 10th Jubilee International Conference ICA Heritage at Corfu, Greece in 2015. He also has an interest in entrepreneurship. He has tried several times to make business in various fields. In 2017, he continued his education by majoring in Master of business administration at Institut Teknologi Bandung. At the end of 2017 he and his two friends Alif Fattah and Rizki Baihaqi became founders of IMGS, a geosurvey and mapping company.
