Mr. Miller is an Electrical, C&I Engineer who is responsible for the Greater Mekong and previously worked in the Philippines. He is experienced in working on mini grids and has both the electrical and controls knowledge to successfully implement them. In addition he is also experienced in the various generating technologies used in mini grids.
