Christoph Stump is a Vice President at Trinity Financial with over 15 years of experience in development, planning, design and construction. At Trinity’s New York City office, Christoph oversees the design and construction of its projects in the city. With a focus on energy efficiency he recently completed a 152-unit mixed-use new construction project in the Bronx that received both LEED Silver as well as the Brownfield Cleanup Program Certification. He also expects the completion of the second and last phase of a 283-unit historic gut-rehabilitation project in Harlem. He currently covers all technical aspects of the developments of a 180-unit mixed-use building in Brooklyn, and a 277-unit mixed-use passive house high-rise in the Bronx. Christoph holds a master-equivalent degree in architecture and planning from the Technical University of Berlin in Germany and is a LEED accredited professional and registered architect.
