Yenieneh Yesus is the founder of Y3 Consulting, a company inspired to make every light switch a Lutron smart light switch. With over 20 years of experience in software development and smart home technology engineering, Y3 Consulting takes a design-driven approach to delivering Lutron systems, focusing on communication and user experience design to remove the fear and uncertainty many people associate with technology. A former Marine and avid soccer fan, Yenieneh spends his downtime following FC Barcelona and Fortuna Sittard.
