Kim McDaniel is a Safety Program Lead, overseeing both the hearing conservation and ergonomics programs for Southwest Airlines. Kim has significant experience with OSHA, ADA, FDA, NEC, NFPA, and EPA regulations, as well uniform building code and ergonomics in office and material handling. Among her many accomplishments, Kim has authored and published standards within the Air Transport Association Specifications and served both as Chairperson of the Air Transport Association Ground Safety Committee and Treasurer/Secretary for the National Safety Council ARTEX Committee. Kim was instrumental in launching the nationwide rollout of SHOEBOX Audiometry across 85 different Southwest Airlines sites, and currently leads the SHOEBOX program for the airline.
