Rodney has been a DOD Civil Servant for 43 years. He began his career as a student aid from 1979-81. Then in 1984 he was hired an apprentice welder, eventually becoming an elite nuclear welder. Moving to San Diego in 1994, he was in facility maintenance until 2009 where her transitioned into Safety. He is a valued speaker at National Safety Summits. Diving, traveling, golf and outdoors are hobbies
