Lawrence Cochran II is a Senior Project Manager at Southland Industries in Garden Grove, California. He has spent seven years in the local Plumbers and Steam Fitters Union. During this seven-year period, he has attended the five-year apprenticeship program and worked as an Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and General Foreman. For the last 14 years he has worked as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. He has managed more than $100 million in large-scale, high-profile plumbing/mechanical projects. These projects include schools, hospitals, warehouses, laboratories, student housing, medical offices, central plants, site work, sports venues, and many more.
