Lee Garduno is a Division BIM Lead for Southland Industries’ Southern California Division. His 16 years in the construction industry are well rounded with both field and office supervision, detailing, and BIM, including a five-year apprenticeship with Plumbers Local Union and a field supervision role. Over the past 11 years he has been working as a Detailer, Engineering Support, and Project BIM Leader. He is responsible for overseeing department estimates, project setups, division standards, R&D with new technology, and implementation.
