Harry serves as the program manager for the investigation of Insider Threats for the Department of Justice – Office of Inspector General (DOJ-OIG). He has been with the DOJ-OIG since March 2010. Harry manages investigations that focus on department insiders who pose a threat to the safety and efficiency of the DOJ’s 50+ components and agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and United States Marshals Service (USMS). Harry began his federal law enforcement career in 1998 as a Special Agent with the DEA. He holds an undergraduate degree in International Business and a graduate degree in Accounting, both from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
