Anne Marie McShea is the Offshore Wind Program Administrator for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the Offshore Wind Program. Anne Marie holds a Masters of Science in Environmental Science from SUNY, College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Graduate Credential in Wind Energy Management from Texas Tech University.
