Rain Byars is a Principal Engineer for ABS Group, where she led the Certified Verification Agent (CVA) program for the Deepwater Wind Block Island Project, the first offshore wind farm in the U.S. During her 20 years of experience in onshore and offshore wind energy technology and project development, Ms. Byars has provided services to project developers, owners, OEMs and government agencies.
